  First impressions: while waiting to be seated we locked eyes with 3 different servers but none of them acknowledged us. A staff member from the bar area walked to us and seated us in the dining room (he works in the dining area). Once seated we weren't given the menus... It's been 15 mins now waiting for a menu. We literally just moved to the bar area so we can get menus and place our order. Our server in the bar area Joshua was extremely efficient - a completely different experience just across the room.

  Came here during lunch time and wasn't as busy as expected. It's a huge restaurant, probably really busy in the evenings. The menu had tons of items to choose from, I tried the tacos with fries. My coworkers and I all had ordered different items, everything was a hit. Definitely coming back to try more items.
  
  Tip:  They do not do complimentary birthday cakes/brownies.

  So let me get straight to the point: this place has such underwhelming wings for the price they are charging! We went here on a Saturday night after a wing craving.
  We got the dry rub (lemon pepper) and saucy (mild) wings. The wing size was super tiny which is probably a good thing because they weren't hormone fed. The texture was not good because they were double fried and dry like no tomorrow. We were even disappointed with the flavour. Even though I ordered mild the sauce had a bit of a spicy kick to it.
  The server was nice even though we told him that we will not be returning to this place. He asked if we wanted to see the manager and we refused. My family will not be returning here and will instead go to wild wings etc. next time!

  Went here to celebrate a birthday with 12 family members.
  
  Food was excellent - happened to be boneless wing night and we tried many flavours - all hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Sides were also fantastic - fresh potato & sweet potato fries, taters, coleslaw. Lots of different beers, tonnes of TVs, and overall an awesome bar/resturant hybrid. Place is also very kid friendly (we were there from 6 PM to 9 PM.)
  
  However the most outstanding part was the SERVICE, which was remarkable. Our server Sam (aka Slamin' Sam) treated us like family and took care of us above and beyond. He genuinely cares and made the whole experience very memorable. Everyone in our party acknowledged this and even noted this was one of our best experiences service wise.
  
  Would visit this establish again and recommend it solely based on Sam's service.

  Also you can purchase any of their signature sauces - 3 for 15$ is a great deal for unique flavours to bring home.

  I would rate zero stars if I could.  There was one group of 5 an one table. 6 staff wandering around.  2 tables of 2 on the patio.  Waited 10 minutes for any acknowledgemnt from a server.  When we asked for service from the hostess, she asked us if we wanted to move to a different table.  Meanwhile a table that arrived after us was getting service.  
  
  This place either has trouble keeping good staff or has very poor management.  I will never be back.
